The “APPRAISER” has been developed by the Ministry of Justice as a free service to the public to assist them in valuing their properties or properties they consider buying or selling by following the directions and steps described in the Application.

The Website of the Ministry of Justice has defined the “APPRAISER” as an ((application that is intended to help users to know the approximate prices of the properties they wish to value. The Application is based on a set of parameters and determinants that can be adjusted by the users themselves during the valuation process. The values extracted from the “APPRAISER”   are approximate values and are not necessarily the actual values of the valued properties)).
